Article 360 of the Indian constitution


Article 360 in the Indian constitution is a provision to a financial emergency.

If the situation in the country is getting worst due to any reason, and there is a need for a financial emergency at that time President can implement article 360.

This action of declaring article 360 must be laid before each House of Parliament.

This article includes. Reduction in salaries and allowances of all class of person who is serving nation.
In this situation, the government has the right to use money that has been reserved for public welfare and in the worst situation, the government can take money from civilians.
